Welcome to 777co. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777co ("777co", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777co website located at 777co.one, including all gaming, sports betting, live casino, slot, and fishing game services offered therein.

777co is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. By accessing the 777co platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To register and use a 777co account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777co does not permit access by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, or automated systems may not register as players.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Registration requires you to supply your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. 777co applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures and may request supporting identity documents — including a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification — before activating your account or processing withdrawals.

Each user is entitled to hold one and only one 777co account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777co login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 777co will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. • Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are non-transferable between accounts.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of PKR 200 or closure at 777co's discretion, with advance notice provided where possible.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 777co support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned via your registered withdrawal method subject to verification.

777co supports a range of Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit services. All transactions are denominated in PKR. 777co does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777co accepts no responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed on the 777co cashier page at the time of deposit and are subject to change at 777co's discretion with reasonable advance notice. Players must not attempt to circumvent deposit limits through multiple smaller transactions.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. 777co aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 777co does not accept deposits made from credit facilities. Deposits must originate from funds you own and have immediate access to.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, please contact 777co support immediately. Disputed transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

All sports bets placed on 777co — including cricket betting markets such as PSL match winner, top batsman, top bowler, and live in-play markets — are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the 777co sportsbook and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit "Bet Accepted" confirmation from the 777co platform. A bet placed but not confirmed — due to connection issues, platform downtime, or any other reason — is void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance. 777co accepts no responsibility for bets not confirmed due to technical failures on the user's end.

Casino games, slot titles, and fishing games on 777co use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the theoretical long-term average payout for each game. Short-term results may vary significantly from published RTP figures.

• 777co reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where an obvious pricing error occurred.
• Live in-play cricket betting markets are subject to a mandatory delay. Odds and market availability during live play are at 777co's sole discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. Limits are displayed on the relevant betting slip or game interface before a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, settled bets will be handled in accordance with the specific sport rules published in the 777co sportsbook.

777co offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of each individual offer.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated on each promotional offer page.

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering transactions.
• 777co reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress and players have opted in.
• Bonuses claimed through violation of these Terms — including through multiple accounts or by providing false information — will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

777co maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform, the fairness of games, or the safety of other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format offered on 777co.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the 777co sportsbook or casino. Any winnings derived from known errors are void and will be reversed.
• Attempting to launder money, circumvent anti-money laundering controls, or use the 777co platform to transfer funds unlawfully.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777co platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 777co platform without prior written consent from 777co.

• The 777co name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of 777co. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777co, its directors, officers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

777co makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service disruption for which 777co accepts no liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777co's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 777co's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

777co collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 777co platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification — including your name, CNIC number, address, date of birth, and financial information — is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, account management, and customer support. 777co will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

777co reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Account access by an individual under the age of 21.
• Violation of an active self-exclusion agreement.
• Any conduct that 777co, in its sole discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits will be forfeited. Real money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited, while legitimately deposited funds held in a terminated account may be returned at 777co's discretion following investigation.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 777co support via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 777co platform — including bet settlements, payment processing, account decisions, or these Terms — you should contact 777co support in the first instance via the 24/7 live chat available in your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. 777co will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777co holds its international gaming licence. By using the 777co platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority for the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms.

777co reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777co will notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the 777co platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account. No retroactive changes will be made to bet settlements already processed under previous versions of these Terms.
